Saskatchewan Seniors Association Inc. (SSAI) is excited to announce that we have once again received funding from the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program.
SSAI will use this funding to offer a series of Tele-learning workshops on topics relevant to seniors aging with dignity and independence. This project will help older adults learn new skills, increase their knowledge, make connections with others, and also engage them in volunteering and sharing their knowledge with others. It is important to support seniors living in rural or remote areas in Saskatchewan by promoting digital literacy skills and using technology to connect to a broader community.
We encourage seniors to register to attend these free online workshops and complete the post-event surveys to provide valuable feedback to help us improve as we proceed with this project.
