The purpose of the Rivers West District for Sport, Culture & Recreation Inc. Coaching Assistance Program (CAP) is to provide financial assistance to individuals seeking to enhance their coaching knowledge and skills through participation in coaching education and certification opportunities.
Through the Coaching Assistance Program, Rivers West District provides financial support to assist coaches in accessing training opportunities that contribute to the development of sport within the District.

The Play, Create, Participate Grant (PCPG) is designed to help youth in Rivers West District communities discover new opportunities to play, create and participate in meaningful sport, culture, and recreational activities.
Funding supports projects that encourage participation, skill development, and hands-on experiences in sport, culture, and recreation.

THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS APRIL 30 AND OCTOBER 31 ANNUALLY
*The spring deadline has been moved to an earlier date to ensure accessibility of this funding for spring sports.
The purpose of the Indigenous Community Sport Development Grant Program (ICSDGP) is to provide greater sport participation and development opportunities for Indigenous youth in Saskatchewan. The program will assist and support the implementation of organized community sport programs to increase sport opportunities for youth in the Aboriginal community, specifically in urban, rural, on-reserve, isolated and northern communities.
