Let’s Cheer on RWD’s Savannah Sutherland at the 2026 Commonwealth Games!

Rivers West District wishes Savannah Sutherland the very best of luck as she represents Saskatchewan at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, from July 23 to August 2.
A proud hometown athlete from Borden, Saskatchewan, Savannah will compete in the women’s 400-metre hurdles. A 2024 Olympian, she will proudly wear the Maple Leaf once again as she makes her Commonwealth Games debut.
Savannah recently helped Canada secure a spot at the 2027 World Athletics Championships in Beijing by helping her 4×400-metre relay team achieve a season-best performance at the World Athletics Relays.
The first round of the women’s 400-metre hurdles takes place on July 29, with the final scheduled for July 31.
