HOMEBASE is Saskatchewan’s Integrated Youth Services network, supporting young people ages 12–25 and their caregivers. Our youth hubs bring services together in one place, making it easier for young people to find support with different parts of their lives, including: •Mental health and addictions •Physical health •Education, employment and training •Social and community supports •Peer support •Cultural and traditional supports
Alongside our community hubs, our Virtual Hub offers online resources, workshops and educational sessions that young people and caregivers can access across Saskatchewan. You can learn more about HOMEBASE, explore our resources and find our hub locations at https://homebasesask.ca/
