And that’s a wrap for the 2026 SWG!

Competition has wrapped across the 17 sports that were featured for the 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games that was hosted by neighbouring northwestern communities of Meadow Lake and Flying Dust First Nation.
Team Rivers West did amazing!
They were awarded 30 medals — 6 gold, 9 silver and 15 bronze medals
Congratulations to ALL!!
We sincerely hope all the athletes, coaches, managers, and families had an incredible experience and will cherish the memories of new friendships and all the fun shared along the way!
The historic Saskatchewan Games ran from Feb. 15-21 and hosted over 1,400 athletes from the province’s nine districts.
