The Thunderchild Wellness Centre is almost complete and will be ready for a soft opening in the next months. The amenities included are a hockey rink and a fieldhouse large enough to switch between a soccer field, a lacrosse field, 3 volleyball courts or 4 badminton courts. There will also be a number of meeting rooms, offices for council members and a doctor & dentist. There will also be a banquet room., a fitness facility and a day care available for community members. Thunderchild and surrounding communities will benefit greatly from the Wellness Centre.
